How mobile-ready is your site?

You can find out by dropping over to Barkley’s Mobile Web Emulator and seeing how well your site renders on a few different mobile web browsers. The results for different sites are actually very interesting.

This site on its own doesn’t render too well on the emulator, but that’s why I have a special version of this site optimized for mobile devices set up. Any time you feel like reading this site on the go, just point your mobile web browser to mobile.3rdmartini.com and read my drivel on your portable hifi speaking box.

Looks like this emulator does not support PNG images included on web-sites =)

the martini shaker* is one of those fancy blogs written and curated by Kansas City-based Jeremy Fuksa (seen here in rock mode).

Jeremy is a self-professed creative generalist, which is kind of a bullshit way of saying "jack-of-all-trades" yet he continues to call himself that regardless of how it sounds. Specifically, Jeremy is the Presentation Director at Barkley, where he uses traditional, interactive, motion, and presentation design to best reflect the agency's internal brand.

Jeremy speaks about doing great creative work, is President of the Art+Copy Club of Kansas City and expresses himself with a mélange of other stuff.
